This Is The Reason Heru Budi Appoints Hikmahanto Law Expert To Become A Jakpro Commut

Head of the Regional-Owned Enterprises (BP BUMD) Development Agency Nasruddin Djoko Surjono explained the reason for the Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono to appoint Hikmahanto Juwana as President Commissioner of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro).

Hikmahanto Juwana is an international legal expert who is a professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. Then since 2020, Hikmahanto has served as Chancellor of Jenderal Achmad Yani University.

According to Djoko, the track record of Hikmahanto academics is the reason for his appointment to help the DKI Provincial Government's BUMD handle Jakpro's business programs related to the law.

"His background is a legal expert who is expected to help Jakpro in winning the challenges faced by Jakpro, as well as being a corporate refresher and optimizing the implementation of the GCG (good corporate governance) in running the company's wheels," said Djoko in a short message, Friday, October 27.

Not long ago, reshuffled the position of commissioner of PT Jakpro. In addition to appointing Hikmahanto to Komut, Heru also appointed the former President Director of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for the 2016-2021 period, Agus Susanto as Commissioner of PT Jakpro.

Head of the DKI Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Lusiana Herawati was also appointed as Commissioner of Jakpro representing the DKI Provincial Government.

"Congratulations on duty, to the Board of Commissioners of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda) Mr. Hikmahanto Juwana (President Commissioner), Mr. Agus Susanto (Commissioner) and Mrs. Lusiana Herawati (Commissioner). In the current position, Hikmahanto replaces Hamdan Zoelva (former Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court) from the position of President Commissioner of Jakpro. Hamdan Zoelva is a former Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court for the 2013-2015 period.

Then, Agus replaced Nurmasjah Lubis from the position of Commissioner and Lusiana replacing Sigit Wijatmoko from the Commissioner's position.

In addition, Heru also dismissed Dwi Wahyu Daryoto from the positions of Commissioner and Adrian Rusmana from the position of Finance Director of Jakpro.

It is known that the former Jakpro Commissioner was appointed since the Anies Baswedan era as the Governor of DKI. Hamdan Zoelva has been appointed by Anies as Komut Jakpro since 2020.

Then, Nurmansjah Lubis was appointed as Commissioner of Jakpro in 2020, when he failed to be elected as Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta to replace Sandiaga Uno. Dwi Wahyu Daryoto has been appointed by Anies since 2022. Meanwhile, Sigit Wijanarko who was appointed as a representative Commissioner of the DKI Provincial Government in 2022 is currently still holding the position of Assistant to the Government of the DKI Jakarta Regional Secretary.
