JAKARTA - Honda is currently experiencing quality problems in the motorcycle frame in Indonesia. Several motorcycle models that use the eSAF framework are known to spoil so that this can lead to unexpected things.
Several incidents have occurred involving the frame of the motorbike, such as damage that resulted in a broken motorcycle frame and could not be carried out.
Of course, PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), as the provider of Honda's two-wheeled vehicle in Indonesia, is very concerned about this. They said that the company would be ready to provide checks for consumers if customers experienced complaints on their motorbikes.
PT AHM's Marketing Director, Octavianus Dwi Putro, said that his party would be very careful in tracing and analyzing the causes of the problem.
"We are cooperative in helping the ministry to analyze this consumer complaint. Thank you for trusting AHM and the entire Honda network," Octavianus Dwi said in his statement, Friday, September 1.
Referring to the results of a separate meeting between AHM and the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Transportation and also the Ministry of Industry regarding consumer complaints against the framework of the eSAF (enhanced Smart Architecture Frame), AHM will work together to follow the direction given.
To overcome this problem, AHM will also cooperate with a joint team from the Ministry of Transportation and the NTSC to conduct further research.
If Honda motorcycle customers experience complaints on their motorbikes, then AHM and his partners will help to deal with this problem.
