JAKARTA The body of a man covered in blood on Jalan Rambutan, the Agriculture office area of the Ministry of Agriculture, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta is strongly suspected of being a murder victim. Although the South Jakarta Metro Police has not issued an official statement, the witness at the scene can confirm it because he saw the victim being dumped on the road. The following witness testimony when interviewed by reporters at the scene of the incident
Call it Yanto, not really his name because he didn't want his identity to be disclosed. Yanto admitted that he saw the murder incident, because his house was not far from the crime scene (TKP), where MDS (53) was found as the victim.
Yanto told, that morning it still looks dark. Yanto admitted to hearing loud screams in front of his house. He suspected the sound was a scream from the victim before being found dead.
Intrigued by the sound he heard, Yanto peeked from behind the window of his house. Next, Yanto turned on the terrace light of his house and then he opened the door of the house to the yard. At that time Yanto saw the victim being taken down from the car, still alive.
"The victim was dropped there (while pointing at the road), dragged. He was on the right side of the steering wheel, so I had mixed the black marks. So the shoes fell, they continued to be dragged there," said Yanto when met at his house in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, August 15.
"But I haven't thought about a crime victim. But he (the perpetrator) was shocked after I turned this light on. He was speeding there, turning around," he continued.
Yanto explained that the perpetrator turned the car from the market last Sunday towards Ragunan. However, because many gates were closed, Yanto continued, he returned to passing the crime scene, where the victim was dumped.

"After that he came down, it was like someone took something (on the victim's body)," he said.
After that he left the victim at the scene. Yanto suspects that the body was a murder victim. Yanto's suspicion was so strong that he heard the sound of screams allegedly the victim's voice.
"It's possible that he's being executed, right, but there's a 'tideg-tideg' sound that he might fight back. The victim was an online taxi driver, and he seemed to have been killed from behind. Because his heart was stabbed. As soon as he didn't speak, he was apparently sent down," he said.
Yanto admitted that he had seen the face of the perpetrator and the license plate number of the car. According to him, the car is relatively new when viewed from the car's police number.
"So when you look at the back, it says RUS, then the police tell you the original number plate B 2166 KIL," he said.
Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Irwandhy, said that he was still investigating the suspicion that the victim was an online taxi driver.
"We are still investigating," he concluded.
