Indonesian Representatives At The 2024 Olympics Increase, Urges Made Rita Kusuma Dewi To Follow Arif Dwi Pengastu

JAKARTA The proud achievement for Indonesia in international events was again inscribed by Indonesian women's speed rock climbing athlete Desak Made Rita Kusuma Dewi.

He successfully brought home the gold medal from the 2023 IFSC Climbing World Championships.

Desak Made made it 6.49 seconds to be the best in the final in Bern, Switzerland, Friday, August 11, 2023. He is ahead of United States rock climbing athlete Emma Hunt who made 6.67 seconds.

The two athletes are Polish rock climbing athlete Alesandra Miroslaw. He defeated compatriot Aleksandra Kalucka in the race for third place.

This achievement in Switzerland is the first gold medal to be inscribed by Desak Made throughout his participation in the IFSC championship.

Apart from being named world champion at the women's speed, Desak Made Rita also secured tickets for the upcoming 2024 Paris Olympics.

Then in the men's speed number, Indonesian rock climbing athlete Rahmad Adi Mulyono managed to donate a bronze medal.

Rahmad Adi Mulyono lost time to Italian rock climbing athlete Matteo Zurloni and Chinese rock climbing athlete Jinbao Long.
