Jadi Saksi Mahkota Kasus Mario Dandy, AG Diperiksa Terakhir
JAKARTA - AG's son is said to have failed to testify today in the trial of the alleged severe abuse case of David Ozora with the defendants Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas. The reason is that AG, who is a crown witness, has not needed his statement at today's trial.
"AG's son is a crown witness, so he is examined last," said AG lawyer Mangatta Toding Allo to VOI, Tuesday, June 20.
AG's cancellation gave testimony as a witness after his team of lawyers coordinated with the South Jakarta District Attorney.
However, from this communication, it is not certain that AG will provide information regarding the series of acts of persecution against David Ozora.
Mangata stated that his party would wait for the prosecutor's decision regarding this matter. However, it is emphasized, AG will be cooperative.
"We still don't know when, just waiting for the official call," said Mangata.
VOIR éGALEMENT:
As previously reported, AG and Amanda's children canceled their testimony at today's trial. There are several reasons why the defendant's ex-lover Mario Dandy Satriyo gave testimony.
For AG's son, because the public prosecutor (JPU) is said to have not needed his statement today.
"This morning I finally contacted Mr. Kasipidum of the South Jakarta District Attorney and confirmed that AG's son had not been summoned today," said Mangata.
As for Amanda, she is also said to be unable to attend the trial with the agenda of examining the witness. Through his lawyer, Enita Edyalaksmita, Mario Dandy's ex-lover is sick. In fact, he had to undergo treatment at the hospital.
"Our client was in the hospital, recently he was treated. So he couldn't be present (as a witness)," said Enita.
