Mario Dandy Cs's Trial Will Be Opened At The South Jakarta District Court
JAKARTA - The case of severe persecution of David Ozora with the defendants Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas will soon be held at the South Jakarta District Court (Jaksel), Tuesday, June 6. Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto, said the trial would be held openly to the public.
"It is open to the public, because Mario is a general criminal act and not a child's crime," Djuyamto told reporters, Monday, June 5.
However, Djuyamto revealed that the trial could also be held behind closed doors, if there was an agenda for witness AG testimony.
"There is decency content in the indictment, so even though the principle is open, because there are children who are in conflict with the law and moral content, the panel of judges will adjust to the Huium of the event behind closed doors," he said.
The South Jakarta District Attorney's Office has transferred the case files of Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas regarding the case of mistreatment of David Ozora to the South Jakarta District Court.
Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto, said the delegation occurred on Tuesday, May 30, at 16.30 WIB. It is planned that the trial will be held on June 6, 2023.

"The panel of judges has also set the first day of trial, namely Tuesday, June 6, 2023," said Djuyamto in his statement, Tuesday, May 30.
Djuyamto explained that the presiding judges at the Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas hearings were Alimin Ribut Sujono. Meanwhile, judges members of Tumpanuli Marbun and Muhammad Ramdes.
