Ganjar Pranowo Explains Strategy For Winning The 2024 Presidential Election In Jember
Presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo will explain the strategy for winning the 2024 Presidential Election in Jember Regency, East Java, by comparing data on the votes acquired by presidential and vice-presidential candidates supported by the PDI-P in the 2014 and 2019 presidential elections in the tobacco city.
Ganjar analyzed the map of the 2014 and 2019 presidential elections in Jember Regency in the consolidation agenda and socialization of the 2024 presidential election victory at the PKPSO Jember Sports Hall, Sunday, May 7.
"Especially in Jember, on the map of the results of the 2014 presidential election, Jokowi-Jusuf Kalla was recorded as superior in 28 sub-districts, while Pak Prabowo-Hatta Rajasa was ahead in only three sub-districts. That's because of the hard work of all of them," he said as quoted by ANTARA.
In the 2014 presidential election in Jember, it was recorded that the Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla pair received 57.79 percent of the vote, while Prabowo-Hatta Rajasa received 42.21 percent.
Then in the 2019 presidential election when Jokowi paired up with Ma'ruf Amin and Prabowo Subianto paired with Sandiaga Uno, the votes acquired by the presidential and vice presidential candidates promoted by PDIP also excelled in 29 sub-districts.
"Pak Jokowi's vote rose by one sub-district, namely superior in 29 sub-districts with 64.77 percent of the votes, while Pak Prabowo only won in two sub-districts with 35.23 percent of the votes. There has been an improvement in the vote acquisition," he said.
The Governor of Central Java assessed that the Jember PDI-P has the power to win the 2024 presidential election based on previous experience so that he will help provide strategies to win in all sub-districts in Jember.
"How will the Jember PDIP be with the volunteers moving, I will tell you later. The key to winning the 2024 presidential election is two things, namely where and who the characters are, but I will not convey the details here, it is secret," he said.
