Stockpiled Two Tons Of Subsidized Biosolar, 10 Witnesses Examined
NAGAN RAYA - After being exposed in early April 2023, investigators from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Nagan Raya Police, Aceh Province, have so far examined 10 witnesses regarding the alleged crime of hoarding two tons of subsidized biodiesel fuel.
"We have examined ten witnesses, it is likely that we will examine more witnesses," said the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Nagan Raya Police AKP Machfud in Suka Makmue, Tuesday.
The witnesses who have been questioned at the Nagan Raya Police Headquarters, he said, include gas station workers from Central Aceh district, gas station supervisors, and a number of other witnesses.
In this case, he said, his party detained three suspects, namely Perimahir (33 years), a resident of Gele Pulo Village, Bintang District, Central Aceh District.
Dayu Simah Unang (29 years), a resident of Musara Ate Village, Kute Panang District, Central Aceh District, and Damiko (33 years), a resident of Gelelungi Village, Pengasing District, Central Aceh District.
AKP Machfud explained that the three suspects were suspected of hoarding subsidized biodiesel fuel using the My Pertamina "barcode" to buy subsidized fuel at a number of gas stations in Central Aceh district.
They bought at three gas stations in Central Aceh District, namely the Nunang Negeri Antara gas station, Nunang Village, Kebayakan District, Central Aceh District with gas station number 14,245,499.
Then the Tan Saril gas station, Bebesen District, Central Aceh Regency with gas station number 14-245445, and Kemili gas station, Kemili Village, Bebesen District, Central Aceh Regency with gas station number 14,245,438.

He said that the action of buying subsidized fuel by the suspects allegedly involved unscrupulous gas station officers because the suspects admitted to buying subsidized fuel beyond the price set, with the profit earned by the gas station personnel reaching IDR 650 per liter.
In this case, the police secured two tonnes of subsidized biodiesel along with a pickup truck with police number BL 8313 GI.
