Hundreds Of International Journalists Visit The Indonesian 'Pinisi Ship' At Hannover Messe 2023

JAKARTA - In order to enliven the Hannover Messe 2023 technology exhibition, 120 German and international journalists visited the Indonesian Pavilion on the Press Highlight Tour agenda, on Sunday, April 16.

The journalists were welcomed by the Director General of Resilience, Region, and International Industrial Access of the Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) Eko SA Cahyanto at the Indonesian Pavilion located at Hall 2, Hannover Fairground.

He said, Indonesia divided several co-exhibitors zones according to the Highlight Theme Indonesia Partner Country, namely zone A for companies with the theme sustainability and energy, zone B as the main zone Making Indonesia 4.0 and engineering part and solution, zone C for SOEs, zone D for investment/industrial parks and human capital, as well as the HM zone which is intended for startup and innovation and HM Display Categories themes.

"The Indonesian pavilion carries the concept of the Pinisi ship and the tagline "Infinite Journey", in this largest industrial technology exhibition, it is hoped that it can inspire and encourage participants to embrace unlimited opportunities," said Eko in a written statement, Monday, April 17.

In addition to visiting Pavilion Indonesia, in the press highlight tour, journalists also had the opportunity to witness the co-exhibitors booths at the Indonesian Pavilion, such as the State Capital (IKN) Nusantara, PT. Astra Internasional, Tbk., PT. Domas Agrointi Prima, and PT. Indonesia Pomala Industry Park (IPIP).

"During the visit, representatives of co-exhibitors seemed enthusiastic in conveying information about products and projects exhibited to journalists.

As the official partner country Hannover Messe 2023, Indonesia will present the National Pavilion Zone with an estimated area of 3,000 m2. The 1,500 m2 area of which is used by 157 co-exhibitors.
