Attorney David Ozora Will File A Lawsuit For Compensation Of Treatment

JAKARTA - Attorney David Ozora, Melissa Anggraini will file a claim for compensation to the perpetrators of the persecution for all medical expenses of her client after the legal decision against all perpetrators is complete in court.

"If what is meant is related to a lawsuit against the law to ask for compensation, of course, we have to wait for the verdict from all the perpetrators to be completed first," Mellisa said, quoted by Antara, Sunday.

So far, Melissa has prepared details of what costs the victim has spent during David's treatment process at the hospital.

In fact, Melissa is currently preparing to involve the perpetrators to take responsibility for David's future. However, Melissa did not explain in detail about this

"Even in the future, regarding what David has to bear, including the matter of David's future, like a doctor, it's not clear what kind of things to do," said Melissa.

So far, Melissa estimates that the medical costs that David has to bear are more than IDR 1 billion. Nearly 80 percent of these costs are covered by insurance.

The rest David received assistance from his family to colleagues to pay costs that were not covered by insurance.

David is a victim of abuse by Mario Dandy Satriyo and his underage girlfriend, AG (15).

Violence that had gone viral on social media has received special attention from the South Jakarta Metro Police.

Mario Dandy and AG were finally arrested and named as suspects because they were considered to be directly involved in the persecution.
