Mayora Indah's Profit Soars, This Kopiko Producer Who Often Appears In Drakor Earns IDR 30.6 Trillion
JAKARTA - PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR) posted a net profit of IDR 1.94 trillion in 2022. This achievement increased 64.4 percent year on year (yoy) from IDR 1.18 trillion in 2021.
Launching the financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), MYOR's net profit was supported by net sales which reached IDR 30.6 trillion in 2022, or an increase of 9.9 percent yoy compared to IDR 27.9 trillion in 2021.
These net sales were contributed by sales of packaged processed foods which reached Rp18.65 trillion or grew 17.09 percent yoy from the previous Rp15.93 trillion in 2021.
Then, sales of packaged processed drinks reached Rp13.8 trillion, or grew 5.8 percent yoy from the previous Rp13 trillion in 2021.
Quoting Antara, the Kopiko producer, which often appears in Drakor, such as Vincenzo to Taxi Driver, recorded domestic sales of IDR 17.8 trillion in 2022 or grew 10.88 percent yoy compared to 2021, which is still the company's largest contributor. Meanwhile, export sales were recorded at IDR 12.89 trillion in 2022, or an increase of 8.48 percent yoy compared to 2021.
Along with the increase in sales, it also increased the company's cost of goods sold which reached IDR 23.8 trillion in 2022, or grew 13.58 percent yoy compared to IDR 20.98 trillion in 2021.
However, the company managed to reduce the operating expenses to IDR 4.4 trillion in 2022. from the previous IDR 5.15 trillion in 2021.
Until the end of 2022, the issuer owned by Jogi Hendra Atmadja recorded an increase in total liabilities to Rp9.4 trillion, from the previous Rp8.55 trillion at the end of December 2021.
The amount of equity also increased to IDR 12.83 trillion at the end of 2022, from the previous IDR 11.11 trillion at the end of 2021.
Thus, the company recorded an asset amount of IDR 22.2 trillion as of the end of 2022, from IDR 19.9 trillion at the end of 2021.
