P3DN Business Matching Transaction Reaches IDR 36.18 Trillion, The Largest From The Ministry Of Defense
The Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) noted that domestic product purchase transactions (PDN) at Business Matching for Domestic Product Expenditures in 2023 reached Rp36.18 trillion, on the first day of implementation, Wednesday, March 15.
The Ministry of Industry is targeting the target of achieving the realization of domestic product purchases by state institutions, ministries/agencies, local governments and BUMN/BUMD, as well as certain business entities of around Rp250 trillion.
"We are optimistic that PDN purchase transactions can exceed the target of IDR 250 trillion, considering the potential absorption of the regional ministry/institution/government budget of IDR 622.55 trillion," said Minister of Industry (Menperin) Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita in a press release, quoted Friday, March 17.
In the ministry category, the first rank of absorption of PDN commitment is temporarily held by the Ministry of Defense with a figure of Rp7.36 trillion, followed by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Rp5.56 trillion, and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Rp2.53 trillion.
In the regional government category, the first rank of absorption of PDN commitment is held by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government with a figure of Rp436 billion, continued by the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan, and the Central Java Provincial Government of Rp346 billion and Rp258 billion.

The site shows that the largest type of procurement included in the PDN spending planning by the ministry category is construction work with a value of IDR 171.68 trillion, followed by goods expenditures of IDR 92.06 trillion, and other service expenditures of IDR 49.04 trillion.
In the PDN spending planning in the regional government category, the largest procurement is on construction work with a value of IDR 177.37 trillion. Then, goods expenditures of IDR 126.77 trillion, and other services of IDR 63.55 trillion.
"In the implementation of Business Matching, we bring together user agencies with domestic industrial companies that have products according to their needs," added Agus.
For your information, Business Matching for Expenditures for PDN 2023 has been going on since March 15-17, 2023. During the three days of implementation, participants consisting of PPK satker, industrial associations, upstream-downstream producers, and providers can sit on every desk that has been provided alternately to hold business meetings.
In addition, the P3DN Award in 2023 has also been implemented, the P3DN Team Communication Forum, Talkshow and Procurement Technical Guidance, as well as Consulting Corner for activity participants who need technical explanations related to the implementation of planning, procurement, supervision, TKDN certification, TKDN IK certification, or other consultations.
Throughout the implementation of Business Matching PDN 2023, participants were also able to watch domestic product exhibitions at the event location. There are 108 assisted companies of the Ministry of Industry that show off superior domestic products.
This domestic product exhibition is attended by companies that have TKDN certified products. In addition, there are IKM products that of course also come from domestic producers.
From the chemical, pharmaceutical and textile industry sectors, 18 domestic companies have participated in the exhibition. Then, from the agro industry sector, the metal industry, machinery, transportation equipment and electronics as well as the development of the small, medium, and various industrial sectors, 17 booths, 45 booths, and 20 booths have opened. In addition, there are nine industrial service institutions that also open exhibition booths.
The entire series of Business Matching activities will be attended by 4,000 participants, consisting of representatives of ministries, institutions, local governments, industrial companies, business entities, and associations.
