Just Opened The 2023 Central Java Free Homecoming Quota Immediately Full, This Is What Ganjar Pranowo Said
Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo said Central Java's Free Homecoming quota 2023 was full in five hours. The high enthusiasm of citizens even had caused the registration system to be technically constrained.
This was conveyed by Ganjar after receiving a working visit from the Working Committee for Discussion of the Bill on Central Java Province by Commission II of the DPR RI, at his office, Thursday (16/3/2023). "Registration for free homecoming, five hours immediately ran out yesterday," said Ganjar.
Ganjar Pranowo said that the enthusiasm of Central Java residents who wanted to access the program was high. As a result, the registration site had experienced technical problems, but it could be repaired quickly.
"Hopefully it can be served later and more Central Javanese people outside Central Java can be helped later for free homecoming," he said.
Ganjar appealed to the cities that will be passed by the Free Homecoming program to prepare well. Starting from officers, places to alternative routes.
"So that the homecoming can be better. Of course there are a lot of modes, yes, the air is there, the sea is there, the fire train is there, later we will communicate with the ministry at the center," he said. The 2023 Central Java Free Homecoming Program provides 485 quotas with bus transportation modes. The plan is that the free travelers will depart from the Purna Bhakti Museum of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), East Jakarta, on April 17, 2023.
On the other hand, Ganjar is also speeding up the improvement of supporting infrastructure, especially roads. Ganjar hopes that at least a week before Eid al-Fitr 1444 H, improvements can be completed optimally.
"Yes, now we are cleaning up all the existing infrastructure so that the calculations can be done, the h-10 can be done, so we are trying to catch up as well as possible," said Ganjar.
For information, the central government predicts as many as 12 million travelers will pass and go to Central Java on Lebaran 2023. This number increased by 13.38 percent compared to Lebaran 2022.
As for the destination routes for the 2023 Central Java Free Homecoming, including Solo Raya (Klaten, Wonogiri, Sukoharjo, Surakarta, Boyolali, Sragen, Karanganyar), Semarang (Kendal, Demak, Grobogan, Salatiga, Semarang City/Regency).
