2 Middle Officers Involved In The Practice Of Candidates At The Central Java Police Not Being Fired, 2 Years Of Demotion Sanctions
Five police officers who received NCO in 2022 in the Central Java Regional Police escaped dishonorable discharge (PTDH) or were not fired.The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Iqbal Alqudusy, said that the five were proven to have violated the Police Professional Code of Ethics.The five individuals who have undergone ethical and disciplinary hearings are each Kompol AR, Kompol KN, AKP CS, Bripka Z and Brigadier EW.Iqbal explained that the administrative penalties imposed on the five police officers were different.Three policemen, each Commissioner AR, Kompol KN and AKP CS were sentenced to two years of demotion.The other two perpetrators, respectively Bripka Z and Brigadier EW, were sentenced to be placed in special places for 21 days and 31 days, respectively."The perpetrators were proven to have committed disgraceful acts and it was difficult to apologize to the institution," he said in Semarang, Antara, Thursday, March 9.In addition to the five police officers, administrative penalties were also imposed on two civil servants of the National Police who were also suspected of being involved in the broker.A doctor involved in the incident was sentenced to a one-level demotion for one year.Meanwhile, one other civil servant was sentenced to 12 months of deducting allowances.Previously, five police officers in Central Java were involved in the practice of brokering the acceptance of National Police Officers in the 2022 selection.The five individuals were respectively Commissioner AR, Kompol KN, AKP CS, Bripka Z and Brigadier EW. The five police officers have been subjected to an ethics trial by the Propam Division of the Regional Police.In addition to the five police officers, there are two PNS Polri who are also suspected of being involved in the practice of brokering.
