CENTRAL LOMBOK - Central Lombok Regency Government (Pemkab), West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), deployed a number of trucks and officers to support waste management at the World Superbike (WSBK) event at the Mandalika Circuit, March 3-5, 2023."We have deployed officers and three dump trucks to transport garbage to the Final Disposal Site (TPA) in Pengat Village," said Acting Head of the Central Lombok Regency Environment Agency H Amil Ali in Praya, NTB, Antara, Thursday, February 2.The handling of WSBK waste is carried out through the collaboration of the organizers with the Waste Bank, so that the waste transported to the TPA is organic or nonorganic waste that cannot be utilized."If the remaining food waste is handed over to the Waste Bank to be used as a magazine and plastic waste that can be sold, it can also be brought to the Waste Bank," he said.In addition, the organizers have also prepared waste selection posts both inside the circuit and outside the circuit."There were officers from the waste bank who made the election, after that we then transported them to the TPA. However, technically there is no information from the MGPA," he said.Meanwhile, PT Sejahtera Mandiri Bersama (Meanwhile) collaborated with activity organizers to handle WSBK waste selection."We have also made PKS (Cooperation Agreement) with Black Solder Fly and Pegat Village youth coral," said Director of PT Semasama Moch Joesoef.He said the Black Solder Fly and the Pegat Village youth coral as the second party would separate the garbage until the condition of the waste sorting area was completely clean for 6 days."The work starts from March 3 to 8, 2023," he said.Second party is required to make daily reports in the form of activity documentation, reports on the volume of waste sorting results based on the type of waste to the first party when the activity is complete."Then they are required to make a final report on waste management activities," he said.
