Tips On Maintaining High Productivity Amid The Density Of Young People's Activities Such As Shallom Razade

JAKARTA - Shalim Razade has its own attention to regulate his lifestyle. As a young person who is busy with a busy schedule, the child of Wulan Guritno always has his own way so that all his work runs effectively.

Recently, Shalim joined a youth movement that spoke about many things. Through the #YourVoiceMatters movement initiated by Z Creators, SALom invites young people not to do excessive activities.

He assessed that many young people always encourage their bodies to do excessive activities without being interspersed with rest. For him, this is not very effective, considering that the body also needs to rest.

"Yes (make a rest schedule). Rest is very important, for your brain, it actually works. If we are tired, the brain can go anywhere. What the young people need is now resting," said SALom Razade at a press conference. Your Voice Matters in Kemang, South Jakarta on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.

"Sometimes I see that young people have a lot of energy, it doesn't stop. I feel like I've been like that but I get sick. Sometimes I wonder too, how come they have a lot of energy. But, for me to choose to just rest, if I do anything it becomes effective," he continued.

Shallom also said that he is a type of young person who always prioritizes rest so that his health, both physically and psychologically, is well maintained.

"My body is the type that accommodates fatigue and everything, so when my body gets too much, it breaks down and I get sick. That's what should be avoided," he said.

If you are tired, said SALom, a person will become unproductive and carry out prokrastination. Therefore, he takes care of his health very much. "If we are tired, work is not finished, protection, so it's useless. Health is number one for me," said SALom.
