Revealed! The Address Of The Rubicon Car Owner That Mario Dandy Was Using When David Was In The Gang
JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Finance (Wamenkeu) Suahasil Nazara said the Rubicon car that Mario Dandy used in the case of mistreatment of David was not on behalf of Rafael Alun Trisambodo (RAT).
"The Rubicon car does not belong to the RAT but is recognized as his brother's," he said at a press conference in Jakarta, Wednesday, March 1.
According to Suahasil, not all assets that are seen as belonging to the RAT belong to the person concerned.
"Some are not recognized as belonging to the person concerned. Some have their son-in-law," he said.
On the same occasion, KPK Deputy Pahala Nainggolan Knows more detailed information on the status of the Rubicon car.
"There is no name on the RAT. The question is who does this belong to? After searching, there is a name. We sent our team to see how it is in the alley," he said.
As previously reported, the Deputy for Enforcement of the KPK, Pahala Nainggolan, said that Mario's Jeep Rubicon car while carrying out the persecution of David, turned out to belong to Askul Alun's older brother.
Tracing of ownership is carried out in two ways.
First, they went to the address recorded in the document. The location is in an alley in Mampang, Central Jakarta.
"The person has left, but that's the address in the alley, so we think it's impossible for him to have that," Pahala explained to reporters at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Wednesday, March 1.
Second, the KPK asked Rafael to explain the ownership of the black Rubicon. As a result, it was discovered that his brother had the car.
"It was just clarified to the person concerned (Rafael, ed) that it was not on the name of the person concerned, but on behalf of the brother concerned," said Pahala.
Even so, Rafael admitted that he did buy the car and sold it to his brother.
"We said yes, we just showed him the documents, later he will bring them. That's what Rubicon is," said Pahala.
