3 Former DPRD Members Discussed By The KPK Regarding The Flow Of Money During Land Procurement In Pulogebang
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has questioned three former members of the DKI Jakarta DPRD regarding the alleged flow to a number of parties during the land acquisition process in Pulogebang, East Jakarta.
Those questioned before investigators were Ruslan Amsyari FS, James Arifin Sianipar, and Ichwan Jayadi. Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri said the three were questioned on Wednesday, February 22 yesterday.
"It is being investigated regarding the alleged flow of money to various parties in the land acquisition in Pulogebang," Ali told reporters, Thursday, February 23.
In addition to the three former DPRD members, investigators also examined a staff member at the Secretariat of Commission C of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD named Safrudin. Just like the others, he was asked to explain about the flow of money as well as the proposed budget from Perumda Sarana Jaya.
"His knowledge was explored, among others, related to the proposal for the budget amount by Perumda Sarana Jaya to be discussed at the DKI Jakarta DPRD," he said.
For information, allegations of corruption in land acquisition in Pulo Gebang Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta occurred in 2018-2019. This process was carried out by Perumda Sarana Jaya.
However, the KPK has not detailed who the suspects are. However, a series of investigation efforts have been carried out, including conducting searches.
On January 18, the KPK searched the DKI Jakarta DPRD Building on Tuesday, January 18. There were six rooms that were searched, including the workspace on the 10th floor, 8, 6, 4, 2, and the staff of Commission C of the DKI DPRD.
From this activity, evidence was found in the form of documents and electronic evidence allegedly related to land acquisition in Pulogebang. All of these findings will be examined by the KPK and confiscated to complete the case file.
