Submission Of Marriage Dispensation For Residents Of Seruyan Central Kalimantan Can Be An Out-of-court Session
CENTRAL KALIMANTAN - Residents in Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan (Central Kalimantan) currently do not need to undergo a trial in court room to apply for a marriage age dispensation for prospective underage brides.
"People no longer need to come to the district court, just report it to the nearest Population Service or sub-district," said Regent Seruyan Yulhaidir at Kuala Pembuang, Central Kalimantan, Thursday, February 23, as reported by Antara.
In addition, this is also related to the population change in name to the birth certificate which is usually held in Seruyan in court.
This policy is in collaboration with the Seruyan Regency Government (Pemkab) with the Sampit Class IB District Court recently.
According to the Regent of Seruyan, this service will greatly facilitate the community because there is no need to hold a trial at the Sampit District Court.
"Now it can be reported to the nearest sub-district and the Seruyan Disdukcapil, later the sub-district will go directly to and hold a trial at the Disdukcapil office or in the agreed sub-districts," he explained.
He said the district government really welcomes this collaboration with the Sampit Class IB District Court and hopes that the public can make optimal use of it.
The Regent of Seruyan said that this service is his party's commitment to continue to improve services to the community, so that it can provide convenience, smoothness and welfare for the community, both in terms of population and other administrative services.
"We are trying to provide excellent service to the community. That's why we instruct regional officials to apply the right motto, fast and procedural in providing services," he said.
