Will Open Ramadan 2023, The Cibitung-Cilincing Section 4 Toll Road Is Still Free!

JAKARTA - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) through its subsidiary PT Access Pelabuhan Indonesia will operate the Cibitung-Cilincing (JTCC) section 4 of the Tarumajaya-Cilincing section starting in mid-March or coinciding in Ramadan and will make toll tariffs free.

Pelindo President Director Arif Suhartono explained that the construction process for section 4 of the Tarumajaya-Cilincing section has been completed since last week.

For your information, section 4 of Tarumajaya-Cilincing will be connected to JORR and the Cilincing arterial road.

Currently, said Arif, the construction of the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road leaves the final stage. For example, road paving and others.

"Last week, it seems that everything has been completed. Maybe in a complete way, including the asphalt, the maximum amount in mid-March next month has been completed," he told reporters, Wednesday, February 22.

Arif said, after the final phase of the construction process is completed, his party will conduct a proper test of the toll function and apply for an operation permit to the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR).

Furthermore, Arif targets the 7.4 kilometer Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road (KM) to be operational in the coming month of Ramadan.

"We hope that the fasting month will start operations. Maybe in the beginning, it will be kept busy for free. Later, it will gradually start operating," he said.

For your information, the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road consists of 4 sections, namely Section 1 Cibitung-Telaga Asih, Section 2 Telaga Asih-Gabus, Section 3 Gabus-Tarumajaya, and Section 4 Tarumajaya-Cilincing.

The JTCC toll road section 1 has been in motion since July 31, 2021. Meanwhile, sections 2 and 3 have been operating since September 2022.

The Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road has a total length of 34.7 KM.
