Pose Finger Heart Strong Ma'ruf Ahead Of Decision Reading
JAKARTA - The defendant Strong Ma'ruf showed a finger heart pose before the trial of reading the verdict for the premeditated murder of Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J began.
According to VOI's observation, the pose directed by Strong Ma'ruf began when he entered the main courtroom of the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, February 14.
Wearing a white shirt and black pants, Strong Ma'ruf seemed to close his mouth. The questions directed at him were ignored.
However, before sitting in the chair, Ma'ruf showed a Korean-style pose. His two fingers were put together to form a finger heart.
Meanwhile, in the indictment, Strong Ma'ruf is said to have played a role in closing the door of the balcony. This action is considered to reduce the sound of gunfire so as not to be heard by local residents.
His actions or actions are deemed to meet the elements of Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code. The public prosecutor (JPU) also demanded Strong Ma'ruf with a prison sentence of 8 years.
"Imposing (demand, ed) the defendant Strong Ma'ruf is sentenced to 8 years in prison minus his prison term," said the prosecutor during a trial at the South Jakarata District Court, Monday, January 16.
In the lawsuit, there were several burdensome considerations, including Strong Ma'ruf not admitting his mistake and being convoluted in giving information.
Ma'ruf's strong actions caused the loss of Yosua alias Brigadier J's life and grief left deep wounds to the families of the victims.
In addition, there are also mitigating considerations. The prosecutor considers that Ma'ruf has never been prosecuted.
"He has no personal motive and was polite during the trial," said the prosecutor.
