Police Call Bripka's Statement Mahdi Is Not Consistent
JAKARTA - Dirkrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi said the report of members of the Provos Polsek Jatingera, Bripka Madih related to land disputes in Bekasi is different from in the media. Based on the Police Report (LP), which is 1,600 m2, not 3,600 m2.
"In 2011, the issue was only 1,600 m2 and that was in accordance with the BAP rather than the victim, in this case the reporter was Mrs. Halimah, Mr. Madhih's parents, Mr. Madih's sister, who was also in the BAP, conveyed that we were discussing 1,600 meters," Hengki told reporters at Polda Metro Jaya, Sunday, February 5.
Regarding the follow-up to the report that occurred in 2011, said Hengki, his party had examined 16 witnesses.
Furthermore, in his investigation, the police concluded that the report made to Mrs. Halim was proven not to be against the law.
"At that time, investigators had examined 16 witnesses including buyers, by bringing evidence and so on, meaning that this has actually been followed up and in 2012 a conclusion emerged that no unlawful act has been found," he said.
Meanwhile, regarding Madih's statement, it was stated that the area of the disputed land claimed to be 3,600 m2 was never sold. In fact, the Madih family mentioned the sale related to the land.
"Pak Madih considers that from 3,600 m2, this has never been sold at all. Even though in the 2011 report, the witnesses who incidentally came from the Bripka Madih family admitted that there were sales." he said.
"From our data, we found 10 AJBs, which were sold by Mr. Mahdi's parents, on behalf of the late Tongek," he continued.
Previously, it was reported that the member of the Jatinegara Police Provos, Bripka Madih, suddenly went viral after he admitted that he was asked for money by investigators when questioning the case of the seizure of land belonging to his parents at Polda Metro Jaya.
"This is strange, as the party being wronged by the reporting party is not the person who commits the crime. Disappointed, why are the parents of anne almost a century reporting the grabbing of the land to the Polda Metro Jaya. Why are they being asked for investigation fees," said Bripka Madih in the video.
Madih's confession went viral on social media. The request for some money was asked by his professional colleagues directly to him.
