South Jakarta Peninap Tamu KTT Asean 2023, Heru Budi Titip Pesan Ketua RW Tingkatkan Keamanan
JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono left a message to all RW, lurah, sub-district head, babinsa, and Babinkamtibmas devices in South Jakarta (South Jakarta) to maintain security in their area.
This was conveyed by Heru considering that South Jakarta was the point of staying at many guests of the ASEAN 2023 Summit delegation. Jakarta also hosted a meeting of city leaders throughout ASEAN at the Mayors and Governors Meeting of the ASEAN Capital 2023 as a series of ASEAN Summits.
"South Jakarta has a special place, namely the place where the delegates will stay in October, where the heads of state hold meetings or high-level meetings," said Heru during the "Guyub Chairman of RW throughout South Jakarta" with the Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Fadil Imran and Pangdam Jaya Maj. Gen. TNI Untung Budiharto at the Bellgio Boutique Mall, South Jakarta, Sunday, February 5.
According to Heru, the security aspect to cleanliness in South Jakarta is important in order to maintain Jakarta's image in the eyes of the heads of Southeast Asian countries when the international forum is held.
"Therefore, I once again entrust it to Mr. RW, convey it to the RT, convey it to our citizens. Simple, keep clean, keep security, so that Jakarta, which represents the Republic of Indonesia, can still exist in developed countries," he said.
Along with this, Heru also targets a decrease in the social vulnerability potential index (IPKS) in Jakarta. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) as of 2020, Jakarta's IPKS is 18.9 percent.
"Globally, macro, DKI Jakarta index has a potential for social vulnerability of 18.9 percent. If it's good it's zero. We hope that the Kapolda, Pangdam, and the ranks of the DKI Jakarta Regional Government, the index can continue to fall. Hopefully this year 18 (percent), continues to fall 16 (percent), continues to fall," he explained.
Continuing, Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Fadil Imran asked the heads of RW in South Java who were present at this event to carry out their role in easing the community in overcoming various problems encountered.
"These RWs are the end of the nervous for all of us. You are the ones who can feel, listen, see firsthand what the residents hope for, what is happening in the community. We want this nerve ending to work properly," said Fadil.
