Disdik Palembang Waspada Case Penculikan Anak, Ask Ortu Bisa Berhit Anak Di Bawah Kelas 5
JAKARTA - The Palembang City Education Office (Disdik) asked schools to improve security in their respective environments, following a case of attempted child kidnapping. "There is a case of attempted kidnapping of an elementary school child in Palembang, we ask the school to improve security," said Palembang City Education and Education Secretary Arianto in Palembang, Wednesday, February 1, quoted by Antara.
He said, school principals must educate parents to pick up their children who are still below the V SD class.
"The school security sector should not hand over the children to other people. We urge all school principals, because this incident does not rule out the possibility of happening again," said Arianto.
Previously, the attempt to kidnap a first-class child at SDN 239 Palembang on Swadaya Street, Srijaya Village, Alang-Alang Lebar Palembang District, went viral on WhatsApp social media. Principal of SDN 239 Palembang City, Suwitah, denied that the kidnapping attempt did not occur in the school environment, but outside the school. The chronology, a child named Melda, a first-class student, was about to go home from school at 13.00 WIB. In this school there are two sessions, namely 07.00-10.00 WIB and 10.00-13.00 WIB.
"So when Melda came home at 13.00 WIB, all the school children had gone home, some were picked up and also went home alone. Maybe his parents were busy, and the location of Melda's house was not far from the school area," he explained.
This kidnapping attempt near Lorong Amaliah was exactly the hallway of Melda's house that occurred about a few days ago.
"This candidate is said to have been kidnapped by people wearing masks using cars, but was slapped by Melda, so he could immediately run away," said Suwitah, who had just received this information from her senior teacher.
The school will re-investigate the attempted kidnapping of its students even outside the school environment.
"We will investigate first, because this has just received information from the principal and his own brother who are sitting in 6th grade buildings here," he said.
Today he called Melda's parents, to find out in detail how the chronology got to the point where there was an attempted kidnapping in the aisle of his house.
Since the incident, Suwitah has asked the parents of the classroom to educate or warn parents of hope that this child is picked up, don't let this child go home alone.
