Police Have Difficulty Identifying The Perpetrators Of The South Jakarta KPKP Sub-Department Sub-dept. For Inactive CCTV
The police are still investigating the alleged burglary case experienced by a male employee of the South Jakarta Food, Maritime and Agriculture Security Sub-Department (Sudin) near the West Gate of Ragunan, on Jalan Saco Ragunan, Monday afternoon, January 30 at 15.30 WIB.
Head of the Pasar Minggu Criminal Investigation Unit, AKP Sofyan Suri, said that one perpetrator had been identified. This was known based on the victim's statement.
"Only one motorcyclist," said Sofyan when confirmed, Wednesday, February 1.
Sofyan admitted that he had difficulty uncovering the prevention case. Because CCTV at the crime scene (TKP) is not active.
"Yes, (but) CCTV near the crime scene died. I had asked if there was a chance or there was an enemy before? Like he covered it, my estimate was that there was always a few possible," he concluded.
Previously, Pasar Minggu Police investigated allegations of burglary experienced by a male employee of the South Jakarta Food, Maritime and Agriculture Security Service (KPKP) near the Ragunan West Gate, on Jalan Saco Ragunan, Monday afternoon, January 30 at 15.30 WIB.
"We are currently still under investigation," said Pasar Minggu Police Chief Kompol Rusit Malaka, quoted from Antara, in Jakarta, Tuesday.
Rusit explained that the victim with the initials S did not experience mugging but was suspected of being a robber, because none of his luggage was lost.
According to him, the victim who was returning home from work using a motorcycle was unconsciously followed by an unknown person.
Then the victim was grabbed by an unknown person and then hit with a blunt object that hit the victim's head.
The perpetrator who carried out the abuse immediately fled and left the victim.
