Mata Cristiano Ronaldo Still Marked When Debuting With Al Nassr

JAKARTA - The lower part of Cristiano Ronaldo's eye still looks bruised when he has his competitive debut match with Al Nassr, Sunday, January 23 this morning.

The Portuguese superstar started and played for 90 minutes as well as team captain when Al Nassr won 1-0 over Ethifaq's visitors in the Saudi Arabian Pro League continued, Monday, January 23 in the morning WIB.

In that match the hosts' winning goal was scored by Brazil international Anderson Talisca in the 31st minute. Ronaldo himself had several chances, but was not successful in scoring goals.

Georgina Rodriguez's lover plays with still bruised eyes in this match. Some of the photos published by The Sun show that the bottom of his left eye is still purple.

The bruises were the result of being boxed by Keylor Navas in a friendly against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) on Friday last week, where Ronaldo managed to score two goals.

Navas, who is Costa Rica's international goalkeeper, accidentally punch his former Real Madrid partner in the face as the two jumped for the ball.

The referee then blew the whistle and pointed to the spot as Navas was deemed a violation. Ronaldo, who later stepped forward as the executor, managed to score to equalize before PSG won 5-4 at the end of the game.

Ronaldo moved to Al Nassr earlier this month after signing a wage contract of IDR 3.3 trillion per season which makes him the highest-paid footballer in history.

However, he only played early this morning because he had two games banned for damaging the phones of Everton's child fans last year. He only received the sanctions at this time because of the long investigation process carried out by the FA.

The victory over Ethifaq made Ronaldo and his friends continue to dominate the top of the standings with a collection of 33 points. They are one point ahead of Al Hilal in second place.
