This Year, DKI Is Back In The Budget Of IDR 1.8 Billion To Buy Official Clothing And Attributes For DPRD Members
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has allocated a budget of IDR 1.87 billion for the procurement of official clothing and attributes for 106 members of the DKI Jakarta DPRD this year.
This is allocated in the DKI Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) for the 2023 fiscal year. Currently, the procurement is in the process of open auctions on the website of the Information System for the General Plan for the Procurement of Goods and Services Procurement Policy Institutions (LKPP).
"The name of the package for the provision of DPRD Clothing and Attributes, the name of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government KLPD," wrote a statement on the LKPP website, accessed on Thursday, January 19.
This year, the procurement of official clothes and attributes for the DKI Jakarta DPRD is included in the budget post for the DKI DPRD Secretariat. The schedule for the selection of providers starts in September 2023 with a tender selection method.
"IDR 1,879,631,820 (IDR 1.8 billion) ceiling," he wrote.
Last year, the Provincial Government was also known to have budgeted Rp1.7 billion for the procurement of official clothes for council members.
At that time, the Secretary of the DKI Jakarta DPRD explained that the procurement of official clothes and attributes was contained in Government Regulation (PP) Number 18 of 2017 concerning Financial and Administrative Rights for Leaders and Members of the DPRD.
In Article 12 of PP Number 18 of 2017, it is stated that official clothing and attributes of the leadership and members of the DPRD get five sets consisting of two daily civilian clothes, one official civilian dress, one long-sleeved daily official dress, and one clothing that is characterized regionally every year.
