Hotman Paris Make Sure Venna Melinda Doesn't Want To Be At Peace And Ready To Sue For Divorce

JAKARTA - Hotman Paris Hutapea is one of the attorneys who accompanied Venna Melinda in the alleged domestic violence (KDRT) case committed by Ferry Irawan.

According to Hotman, his client has set a standard against his report and closed the door to peace. Venna said she no longer wanted to withdraw the police report, she didn't want to make peace, it was the end of everything," he said when met by media crews in the Mampang Prapatan area, South Jakarta on Monday, January 16.

Currently, Hotman is also preparing for his client's divorce suit against Ferry. "Venna asked me to prepare for a divorce suit," he said.

The initial step is for me to send my assistant to meet Venna today to ask for documents related to marriage to be evidence in court. Regarding when the lawsuit will be registered, I don't know. That's the answer," he continued.

Hotman ensured that Venna Melinda's decision not to withdraw the report and file for divorce was final. According to him, his client's decision has been in mind since the last three months, where the client feels that he is not supported by Ferry.

Venna also confirmed her desire to continue the report and immediately file for divorce. "I don't know what the mechanism is, but what is clear is that I will continue from the legal process and also the retail process," said Venna.
