Japanese Company Cooperation DoctorTool Helps Stunting Risk Detection With Mutakhir Technology

DoctorTool, as a healthtech company, in an event entitled "International Conference Sustainable Rural Development In Border Areas: Rural Development Collaboration In Border Areas In the Framework of SDGs Village" in Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) on January 13, 2023 announced its collaboration with Japan's medical equipment (Health Training), Sigmax.

In this event, DoctorTool Co-Founder and CEO Rainaldo explained the benefits of using IoMT (Internet of Medical Things) as an innovative solution for village development. With DoctorTool technology, rural communities can get a more accurate diagnosis, and access to health services becomes easier.

As a model, DoctorTool's technology has been applied for stunting risk detection in infants and toddlers in the 3T area, one of which is in Atambua, East Nusa Tenggara.

DoctorTool provides an RME system that is directly connected to real time with blood pressure examination devices, high measuring devices and weight, to ultrasound devices.

Furthermore, regarding the risk of stunting in infants and toddlers, Rainaldo also introduced an ultrasound tool (ultrasound imaging device) from Japan, miruco, produced by Nippon Sigmax Co., Ltd. which has been tested in Bandung and Bali, as a series of surveys supported by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency).

"Miruco can take the dataultrasound imaging quickly and concisely because of its portable shape, making it suitable for use in rural areas," said Kiyoshi Miyamoto, Sales Representative of Nippon Sigmax Co., Ltd. in a statement received in Jakarta.

Through this collaboration, DoctorTool is committed to presenting medical devices with the latest technology and educating health facilities in digitizing health services in Indonesia.

This is in accordance with Law 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which is a form of the government's commitment to ensure the acceleration of village development.
