Pidsus Prosecutors Investigate Corruption Findings Issuance Of SPPD North Lombok DPRD
The Attorney for Special Crimes (Pidsus) of the Mataram District Attorney's Office is investigating the findings of alleged corruption in the issuance of an official travel order (SPPD) for members of the North Lombok Regency DPRD, West Nusa Tenggara.Head of the Intelligence Section of the Mataram District Attorney's Office, Ida Bagus Putu Widnyana, said the findings were the result of an investigation by the intelligence prosecutor's team."So, at the investigation stage, which is now in the Pidsus (special punishment), indications of unlawful acts will be investigated," he said in Mataram, Antara, Thursday, January 12.If the prosecutor finds evidence that confirms any indication of unlawful acts from these allegations, the case will be raised to the investigation stage."If evidence is found (against the law), it will definitely be increased to the investigation stage," he said.Before this case entered the Pidsus table, the intelligence team had collected data and information. One of them was obtained from the clarification of members of the North Lombok DPRD."When it was still under intelligence, approximately 28 people were asked for clarification. Many documents were also confiscated," he said.In this case, there were 30 members of the DPRD and seven employees of the secretary of the North Lombok DPRD whose names were allegedly listed as recipients of the SPPD. The corruption issue that led to the alleged fictitious SPPD was published in the 2021 period.The number of budgets that came out of the alleged fictitious SPPD is quite diverse, ranging from Rp1.8 million to Rp3.9 million per person.This issue was revealed from the findings of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). The money was recorded not to be used according to the report for lodging costs so that the findings stated state losses of Rp. 186.57 million.
