Suspects Of Child Domestic Violence Call Police Under Public Pressure Due To Viral Videos

JAKARTA RIS, a former OVO employee suspected of domestic violence (KDRT), admitted that he was confused after he was named a suspect by the South Jakarta Metro Police. Because, he and the reporter, KEY had previously made peace and did not continue the law.

"To be honest, it's a bit confusing. Because the evidence used is old evidence and I have a lot of evidence that it's actually peaceful and fine," RIS said when confirmed, Tuesday, January 10.

RIS assessed that the police had named a suspect on him, because he was under pressure from the public. This is because the video about his violence has gone viral on social media.

"I feel the police are under public pressure. Public pressure because the viral videos that were raised by the complainant, even though the public did not know after that everything was fine, which irritated the complainant because I decided to leave the house and didn't want to reconcile with him," he said.

The plan, said RIS, will ask his attorney to visit the South Jakarta Metro Police. The goal is to ask for a postponement of his summons.

"The plan is for my lawyer to the police to propose a postponement of the examination because I have to carry out an operation on the results of the hospital examination," he concluded.
