JAKARTA - Tasya Kamila and her husband, Randi Bachtiar, started their year with the birth of their second child, Shafanina Wardhana Bachtiar who was born on January 1, 2023 yesterday.
Tasya tells a funny story from her first child, Arrasya Wardhana Bachtiar. While still in the womb, Arrasya often shows her jealousy. However, after birth, Arrasya was very enthusiastic about seeing her sister.
"As soon as I finished the autopsy, he (Arrasya) immediately asked (his younger brother) when I was in the room," said Tasya Kamila when met at Brawijaya Hospital Antasari on Wednesday, January 4.
"So, he was really waiting for his sister. Then, when he was born, he told me, 'Later when mom is born, I don't want to go to the hospital, I just want to wait at home'. But, it's like now when she finds out that her mother has been born and she can meet her sister, she immediately looks like, 'I want to go to the hospital, I want to see my sister'," he continued.
When he first saw Shafanina, Arrasya was annoyed with her little sister's body. With the help of her father, Arrasya also had time to ask to carry her sister.
"Alhamdulillah, the reaction was beyond my expectations. I thought he would be indifferent to his sister, it turned out that he also felt very happy and happy," said Tasya.
With their birth, Tasya admitted that she was very proud because she had a son and a girl. From the start, Tasya and Randi had planned to have two children.
After getting the first child to be male, Tasya and her husband did hope for their second child to be a girl. They even follow some tips and guidelines for getting girls.
Having two children, in the future Tasya chose to be able to work. He decided to useid services to help him take care of Arrasya and Shafanina.
Tasya still wants to live life as a mother who can still work. However, because she had just given birth, Tasya decided to rest for a month.
"Now there are still some contracts that need to be followed, so it's just running as usual. There are no plans to reduce it either. But of course, after birth, I need about a month to recover, to be able to optimally adapt to newborns. So at least I take a break for about a month for post-born recovery, "he concluded.
