"But before (the killings) there had been a commotion in the boarding houses. They gathered while drinking alcohol in the backroom of the boarding house. While drinking, there was a beating and insulting the perpetrator's parents," he continued.

In a state affected by alcohol, MI strangled and ensnared the victim with a rope to death. MI action was assisted by suspect A (13) to hold the victim's leg.

The three perpetrators were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code and 338 of the Criminal Code and or 170 of the Criminal Code and Article 80 paragraph 3 of Law no. 35 of 2014 retang changes to Law 23 of 2002 and or Article 365 paragraph 4 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of death.
