The perpetrator of the kidnapping of a 6-year-old boy named Malika, Iwan Sumarno, has been arrested. The National Police ensures that this kidnapping case will still be investigated thoroughly.

"The investigation process remains the attention of the leadership to be followed up completely," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to reporters, Tuesday, January 3.

So far, there are still many facts that have not been revealed. For example, the motive for the kidnapping.

Malika was kidnapped in the Sawah Besar area, Central Jakarta, on December 7. About a month of his whereabouts are unknown.
