3 Proyek Ini Disebut Jadi Gembangkan 100 Hari Heru Budi Menjadi DKI Jakarta
JAKARTA - Professional Personnel of the National Resilience Institute (Lemhanas) Dadang Solihin assessed that there are three government programs that can be a breakthrough for the Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono ahead of 100 days in office.
The three projects are a continuation of the construction of sodetan from Ciliwung River to the East Flood Canal (KBT), the Jakarta Light Rail Transit (LRT) project from Velodrome to Manggarai, and the addition of a new KRL station in Tanah Abang.
The former Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta for the 2019-2021 period assessed that three projects that intersect with flood and congestion management in Jakarta will be in the spotlight because this is a crucial issue that requires extra-fast handling.
"The problem of flooding and mass transportation as a priority agenda is indeed Mr. Heru's special concern. It is natural that he asked for more focus and completion work to be completed according to the target because this will be Pak Heru's breakthrough and breakthrough towards a resilient city," Dadang told reporters, Tuesday, December 27.
In the Ciliwung Sodetan development project, Heru held a coordination meeting with the National Land Agency (BPN) to accelerate the settlement of land disputes that will be acquired with residents.
"Sodetan will answer about the resilience of the threat of disaster (flood)," said Dadang.
Meanwhile, regarding the continuation of the LRT project, Heru Budi Hartono has approved Regional Capital Participation (PMD) of more than Rp900 billion to PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) in the 2023 DKI Jakarta Regional Budget.
"The continuation of the Jakarta LRT is needed to encourage people to switch to public transportation in their mobility. Moreover, the Jakarta LRT on the Velodrome-Manggarai route has a high potential for passengers because it is integrated with other modes of transportation," he explained.
Regarding the addition of a new station in Tanah Abang which Heru Budi proposed to the central government, Dadang assessed that this could be a solution to the addition of significant passengers.
Likewise with Heru's plan to make Tanah Abang a transit or transit-oriented development (TOD) area.
"This TOD is also a breakthrough to make Jakarta an integrated business city in terms of transportation so that it makes it easier. Who doesn't know Tanah Abang? So it is very strategic if this TOD is built in that area," he said.
