The Indonesian Air Force Checks The Random Passengers Of Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung Ahead Of The 2023 New Year Holiday

JABAR - Indonesian Air Force personnel conduct random checks on airplane passengers at the Air Force Base at Husein Sastranegara Airport Bandung, West Java.

The commander of the Husein Sastranegara Air Force Base, Colonel Pnb I Gusti Putu Setia Darma, said that as many as 20 Indonesian Air Force personnel were deployed as a security measure for his party to face the 2023 New Year holiday.

According to him, the deployment of personnel for inspection has been carried out since before Christmas 2022. Apart from the airport area, according to him, Indonesian Air Force personnel have also been guarding the church around the airport. In addition to guarding by personnel, according to him, two sniffer dogs were also deployed for surveillance and inspection activities.

As for a week before the New Year 2023, there were 30 increase in the number of flight service users there.
