Stock Of Pertalite-Solar Ahead Of Christmas And New Year Holds 20 Days, LPG 17 Days
JAKARTA - The National Command Post Team for the Energy and Mineral Resources Sector (ESDM) reported the condition of the supply of fuel oil (BBM) and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) ahead of the 2022 Christmas celebration.
Head of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH) Migas Erika Retnowati as Chair of the ESDM Sector Command Post Team said, for the type of RON 90 gasoline, it reached 21 days of resistance, diesel stock reached 20 days.
Meanwhile, LPG's stock is 431,607 Metric Ton (MT) with coverage days of 17.84 days.
Erika added, the distribution of gasoline (gasoline RON 90/Pertalite) increased by 6.09 percent compared to normal distribution, as well as the distribution of oil (solar) gas increased by 10.29 percent from normal distribution.
Meanwhile, Avtur experienced an increase of up to 12.44 percent compared to normal distribution.
"This increase is due to many people using air transportation modes for both the 2022 Christmas celebration and the 2023 New Year holidays. Don't worry, gasoline, oil gas, kerosene, and avtur stocks are above 17 days. For pertalite and diesel, around 20-21 days," he told the media, Thursday, December 22.
For gas trading activities in both Sumatra, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Eastern Indonesia, the status of operations is safe and normal. Likewise, gas distribution activities for households.
