He considered that their view was not objective in following the wishes of the Criminal Investigation Police investigators."Regarding the two criminal experts, we do not deny the theory, but the opinion given by these two criminal experts, we deny this," said Ferdy Sambo during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, December 21.According to him, the statements of the two criminal law experts, especially Effendy Saragih, were not objective because they were only based on the chronology given by investigators.Moreover, the former Head of the Propam Division believes that investigators want to suspect all those who were at the Duren Tiga official residence when Brigadier J died."I want to deny Pak Effendi Saragih's statement earlier.
