Andika Perkasa Officially Handed Over The Position Of TNI Commander To Yudo Margono
General Andika Perkasa officially handed over the position of TNI Commander to Admiral Yudo Margono through a military ceremony at TNI Cilangkap Headquarters, East Jakarta, Tuesday, December 20. At the ceremony, General Andika and Admiral Yudo Margono signed the handover of positions. Yudo admitted that he would consistently continue the program that had been run by General Andika Perkasa.

Yudo also expressed my gratitude for the services of General TNI Andika Perkasa during his tenure as TNI Commander." Since graduating from being a TNI AL officer, Yudo's military career has continued to skyrocket. After graduating from the Naval Academy, Yudo started his career on a warship. At that time, Yudo Margono was trusted to be the Assistant Officer of the Division (Aspadiv) Missile Artillery Weapons at KRI YNS 332 (1988), Head of Ops KRI Ki Hajar Dewantara 364.
His career continued to creep up, Yudo was trusted to be the Commander of KRI Pandrong 801, Commander of KRI Sutanto 877, Commander of KRI Ahmad Yani 351, Commander of Lanal Tual (2004-2008), Commander of Lanal Sorong (2008-2010). Then in 2010, he served as Commander of the Koarmatim Satkat. He was then appointed Commander of the Military Sea Command (Kolinlamil) in (2017-2018) Yudo was then entrusted with the position of Commander of the Fleet Command I occupying the western Indonesian sea area (2018).
Yudo was again appointed Commander of the Joint Regional Defense Command (Pangkogabwilhan) I, who was the main command of the operation of the Indonesian National Army Headquarters (2019-2020). When serving as Pangkogabwilhan I with three-star or middle-class, Yudo was able to reduce tension in the Natuna region, Riau Islands, due to violations by Chinese fishing boats in 2020. In fact, Yudo was also actively involved in handling COVID-19 that hit Indonesia in March 2020. Especially in terms of repatriation of Indonesian citizens (WNI) from China to the country and construction of emergency hospitals for COVID-19 patients on Galang Island and Wisma Atlet. With this achievement, Yudo was then trusted to carry out as Chief of Naval Staff (Kasal) to replace TNI Admiral Siwi Sukma Adji who entered retirement in 2020.
