This Forcing Expert Disbursed Dozens Of Shooting In Body Brigadier J
JAKARTA - Forensic expert, Farah Primadani Karouw said there were dozens of gunshot wounds on Brigadier J. In detail, seven gunshot wounds came in and six gunshot wounds came out.
This fact was conveyed by Farah when presented as an expert in the trial of Brigadier J's premeditated murder case for all the defendants who were held at the Jakarta Salatan District Court, Monday, December 19.
Initially, Farah introduced that she was one of the doctors who autopsied Brigadier J's body at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta. From a series of autopsy processes, dozens of gunshot wounds were found
"What I found during the examination, we found seven gunshot wounds coming in. As well as six gunshot wounds coming out," said Farah.
Details of the incoming wound found were on the back of the left side of the head and on the lower lip of the left side. Then, at the top of the right shoulder, right chest, and on the left wrist of the victim's body.
"And on the lower foot of the right eye and finally on the ring finger of the left hand. That's for incoming gunshot wounds," he said.
Meanwhile, the gunshot wound came out found at the top of the nose and on the neck of the right side. Then, there was also a wound on the left wrist of the front side and on the ring finger of the inner left hand.
Hearing this testimony, the public prosecutor (JPU) then asked whether there was a projectile lodged in Brigadier J. Farah's body.
"Which one didn't penetrate it?" asked the prosecutor.
"What we found was lodged in the chest, right chest," replied Farah.
"Strengthening means finding projectiles or not?" said the prosecutor.
"We found a projectile, a bullet at the time of the autopsy, in his chest cavity," said Farah.
On the previous occasion, Farah also mentioned that there were gunshot wounds that allegedly left Brigadier J dead.
"Of the seven gunshot wounds that we found, two were fatal or could cause death, namely on the right side of the chest," said Farah.
"The second gunshot wound was found on the back of the left side of the head," he continued.
Brigadier J died at Ferdy Sambo's official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.
Based on the results of the interim trial, the shooters were Bharada Richard totaling and Ferdy Sambo.
Meanwhile, in that case, there were five defendants. They are Ferdy Sambo Putri Candrawathi, Strong Ma'ruf, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Bharada Richard totaling.
They were jointly involved in the murder of Brigadier J at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga.
Ferdy Sambo is referred to as planning the murder. Meanwhile, Putri and three other defendants supported and helped the former Propam Kadiv.
Thus, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
