Celebrate Christmas Without The Father, Marsha Aruan: This Year's Traditional Feels Different
JAKARTA - This year's Christmas celebration will be different for Marsha Aruan. Unlike celebrations in previous years, the actress who was born on October 24, 1996, had to celebrate Christmas and New Year without her father figure.
Marsha has been abandoned by her father Asi Budi Aruan who died on December 8 yesterday due to a heart attack. For the first time Marsha will go through the end of the year without gathering with her father.
"This year's tradition feels different, this year's Christmas doesn't have a father, so I have to stay at home," said Marsha Aruan when met by media crews in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, Saturday, December 17.
Until now, Marsha admits that she still feels the loss of a father figure that she really loves. However, he tried to be strong and didn't want his sadness to drag on. "Surely, he feels lost for sure, it's just that we have to be grateful for our lives now. It's just that we are not sad, but don't drag on," he said.
Marsha believes that her late father doesn't want her to drag on in sadness. He felt he had to stay enthusiastic about living life because there were still many things that he considered necessary, including taking care of his family.
The Hira actor in Ratu Dansa's film feels grateful that there are still many people who give her support. I'm also happy with the support from the family. The family really comes home every day, someone asks how it is. From my friends too every day, 'how is the situation?', so I thank you very much to my relatives who always support me, "said Marsha.
Marsha also expressed her hopes for 2023. She hopes to become a better actress.
"What is certain is that the hope can be even better, can provide known works that you can enjoy as well. The best in my work can reach you, because I also work with my heart and can give my best," he concluded.
