Company Of Heroes 3 Does Not Support Crossplay Consoles With Steam
JAKARTA - SEGA and Relic Entertainment have announced the launch of Company of Heroes 3 on Steam. However, apart from Steam, the game will also be launched on Xbox Series X/S and PS5 in February 2023.
Although released on different platforms, on the FAQ shared on Twitter, developer Relic Entertainment said that PC and console versions would not be much different or could be said to be "almost identical", apart from minor changes.
When launched, both versions will be nearly identical, apart from minor changes. Although the development of the console started as soon as our work on PC, Relic received tremendous support from our SEGA partner studio to ensure the Konsol Edition met the high standards of our developers and console players, "wrote the developer.

In the console later version, Relic confirmed that the CoH3 game will support 4K quality. In addition, both developers and publishers have worked hard to ensure a responsive controller in gaming.
"We have worked hard internally at the Relic and are working with our partner studio at SEGA to ensure Company of Heroes 3 controls intuitively and responsively with controllers," he added.
Unfortunately, Relic and SEGA have no plans for cross-platform or cross-development games. That is, players in Xbox and on Steam make it impossible to play together.
In addition, additional post-launch content, cosmetics, and gameplay will be present on the console after being present on PC. Relic also plans to combine prominent content into a stronger expansion for the owner of the Konsol Edition.
