DKI Provincial Government Honor Amendment To Expert Staff Of The Governor In 2023, Amounting To Rp9.4 Million
JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has straightened out information on honorariums for experts to support the activities of the Governor and Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta in 2023. Based on the official statement from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, the honorarium for experts is set at Rp 9.4 million.
Acting Head of the Regional Head Bureau (KDH) of DKI Jakarta Province Mawardi said, according to Governor's Decree Number 1155 of 2022 concerning the Honorary Cost Unit for Non-Owned Enterprises for State Civil Apparatus Supporting Governor/Deputy Governor's Activities, non-ASN personnel were determined to be two.
"First, policy analysts with a cost unit of Rp. 19.65 million to help carry out strategic policy analysis. Both support personnel for activities with a cost unit of Rp. 9.4 million to help with more technical matters such as drafting remarks or speeches, protocol activities, and others," he said in an official statement from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, Sunday, December 11.
Furthermore, Mawardi said, for the preparation of remarks or speeches from the Governor and Deputy Governor in 2023, it was adjusted due to the vacancy of the position of Deputy Governor.
"It is budgeted for as many as 2 people, previously in 2022 it was budgeted for as many as 4 people. The increase in honorarium for welcoming or speech producers was IDR 9.4 million from previously set at IDR 8.2 million in 2019," he said.
As is known, the Governor's Decree 1155 of 2022 sets an honorarium for non-ASN workers to support the activities of the Governor or Deputy Governor, with the aim of accommodating non-ASN personnel that can be recruited to assist in carrying out the duties and activities of the Governor and Deputy Governor.
"This gubernatorial decree is a reference for the standard unit of personnel costs, if there is a need to budget for non-ASN personnel to support the governor's activities or Deputy Governor to follow the standard reference for costs in this Governor's Decree," he said.
