Brigadier J's Murder Session, Ferdy Sambo Will Meet Hendra Kurniawan And Agus Nurpatra Today

The defendants Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati will undergo a follow-up trial in the alleged murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J today, Tuesday, December 6.

At the trial later, 10 witnesses will be presented, some of whose former subordinates are in the Propam Division.

"Yes, the information is like that," said Ferdy Sambo's legal adviser, Arman Hanis when confirmed, Tuesday, December 6.

Of the 10 witnesses presented, there were the names of the former Karo Paminal Division of Propam Hendra Kurniawan and former Kaden A Ropaminal Divpropam Agus Nurpatra.

Then, Korspri Kadiv Propam Polri Chuck Putranto, Deputy Head of Paminal Bureau Propam Polri Arif Rahman Arifin, and PS Head of Riksa Baggak Ethics Division of Watprof Bureau Baiquni Wibowo.

Then, there is also the Head of the Gakkum Provos Division of Propam Susanto Haris, the Young Forensic Examination Sub for the Forensic Computer Division of the National Police Panji Zulfikar Sidik.

Other witnesses were members of the Metalurgi Forensic Ballistic Firearms Sub Division (Subbid Senpi Balmetfor) at the Forensic Laborature Center (Puslabfor) of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Sopan Utomo and the Head of Logistics Affairs for Public Services of the Linggom Police Parasian Siagahaan.

Finally, the driver from the former Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Ridwan Soplanit, Audi Pratowo.

For information, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi were jointly charged with the murder of Brigadier J at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga.

Ferdy Sambo is referred to as planning the murder. Meanwhile, Putri supports and helps her husband.

Thus, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
