The 7 Year OLD Girl Cabuli Gagu In The Tambora General Bather, Tepergok The Victim's Mother
JAKARTA - A blind man with the initials EN (35) became a suspect in the case of sexual abuse of a 7-year-old girl in the Anyar River area, Tambora, West Jakarta. Tambora Police Chief Kompol Putra Pratama said the perpetrator's initials EN launched his action on November 13, at 09.30 WIB, in the public bathroom.
"The obscene act took place on Sunday, November 13 at around 08.30 WIB. The perpetrator launched his action while the victim was bathing in the public bathroom," said Police Commissioner Putra Pratama when confirmed by VOI, Tuesday, November 29.
The police chief again explained that while the victim was bathing in the public bathroom, the perpetrator immediately went inside.
"At that time, suddenly the perpetrator came straight into the bathroom and invited him to take a bath together in the same bathroom," said the police chief.
The victim, he continued, had rejected the perpetrator's invitation. However, because of persuasion, the victim was finally helpless and complied with the perpetrator's wishes.
"When the victim was bathed by the perpetrator, an obscene act was committed by the perpetrator," he said.
After being bathed, the perpetrator then signaled by blowing his index finger with the intention of asking the victim not to tell anyone, including his parents.
"So this perpetrator is a blind man, he uses sign language," he said.
After leaving the bathroom, the victim's parents with the initials NN (40) managed to catch the perpetrator and asked their child which part of the body they were holding.
"The suspect allegedly touched the sensitive part of the woman," he said.
Not accepting that his son was treated this way, NN immediately made a report to the Tambora Police.
"The perpetrator was arrested in his boarding house. He came from Tasikmalaya. He married his first wife and divorced. He had one child, then remarried to his second wife and was blessed with one child," explained the police chief.
For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 82 Jo 76E of the Republic of Indonesia Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection.
