JAKARTA - The former Head of the Gakkum Provos Division of the National Police Propam Division, Kombes Susanto Haris, is said to have taken the official clothing of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J after the premeditated murder took place.Susanto's action was revealed based on the testimony of Arif Rachman Arifin who was presented as a witness for the defendants Strong Ma'ruf, Ricky Rizal, and Bharada Richard totaling.The testimony began when Arif admitted that he did not know that the body that was autopsied was Brigadier J.He said this was only discovered after meeting Kombes Susanto at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta, on July 9."After finishing (the autopsy, ed) because Kombes Susanto wanted to take the clothes in question, I just found out that it turned out to be his aide to Mr. Ferdy Sambo," said Arif during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, November 28."Where do you know from?" asked the judge."Because Mr. Susanto said he wanted to take the official clothes," said Arif."Who's official shirt?" asked the judge."The late Yoshua," said Arif.Hearing this testimony, the judge was surprised. Because, for hours waiting but not knowing the identity of the body that was autopsied."Earlier, for more than 3 hours of waiting, you didn't ask what happened, and how?" said the judge."Had asked investigators, but investigators don't know what happened," said Arif.Strong Ma'ruf, Ricky Rizal, and Bharada Richard wary were jointly charged with the murder of Brigadier J. They are considered to support the plan made by Ferdy Sambo. Thus, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
