The SAR Team Is Focused On The Search For Police Helicopter Victims Who Fall On East Belitung Flyover Beach
The joint SAR team from Basarnas, TNI, Polri and the community focused on searching for victims of the NBO-105 type helicopter accident belonging to the National Police which crashed last Sunday night in the waters of Bird Bathing Beach, East Belitung Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province."This morning the team found one victim on behalf of Bripda Anam on Bird's Beach and the search for other victims in the waters," said Head of Public Relations of the Babel Islands Police, Kombes Maladi, in Pangkalpinang, Antara, Monday, November 28.He said the police's NBO-105 helicopter with registration number P-1103 was carrying four members of the National Police, namely AKP Arif Rahman Saleh, a Capt Helicopter, First Brigadier Lasminto, Aipda Joko M and Bripda Anam."Currently, we are focusing on the search for three victims of the National Police in the waters of Bird Beach, where one victim of Bripda Anam was found," he said.According to him, in the search for victims and carcasses of the Central Kalimantan BKO Headquarters (Central Kalimantan) helicopter, it was focused more on the waters of the East Belitung Bathing Bird Beach."As soon as possible we will find other victims by deploying all available personnel," he said.Based on a report from the Pangkalpinang SAR Office, there were two helicopters flying from Pangkalan Bun to Tanjung Pandan Airport, Belitung Regency at 13.00 WIB.Then 13.26 WIB, one helicopter communicated and asked AirNav Tanjung Pandan if there was any communication with P-1103.Until the P-1113 landing helicopter in Tanjung Pandan, there was no communication or lost contact with the P-1103 helicopter."The position of missing the helicopter contact is in the waters of Bukumulu, Manggar with a distance of 30 NM or 55.56 KM from the Hanandjoeddin Airport ARP," he said.
