Daftat Parpol That Has Not Met The Requirements For Faktual Verification Of KPU For The 2024 General Election
YOGYAKARTA - There are 9 political parties stated by the General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia that they have not met the requirements (BMS) as candidates for the 2024 General Election. The political parties did not pass the requirements when verified factually.
Meanwhile, 18 political parties passed the administrative verification stage on September 14, 2022. A number of 9 political parties were elemental parties referring to the Election Law and the Constitutional Court Decision Number 55 of 2020. This political party does not require any more factual verification measures to determine election participants.
A total of 9 other political parties were verified factually for membership, management, and address requirements, on October 15-4 November 2022. The Indonesian KPU submitted the recapitulation of the results of the factual verification of management and membership to political parties based on the Indonesian KPU Decree Number 384 of 2022.
There are 9 non-parliamentary political parties that have not met the KPU's factual verification requirements. These political parties include PSI, Perindo, PKN, PBB, Gelora, Hanura, Labor, Ummat, and Garuda.
For 9 political parties that have not passed the factual verification requirements, they are welcome to improve management and membership requirements. Improvements can be made within 10-23 November 2022. Later, the results of factual verification will be announced on December 14 at the same time announcing the 2024 simultaneous election participants.
- The KPU verifies the validity and verification of the requirements documents for the Political Party for Candidates for Election Participants who have completed the registration requirements documents. The KPU verifies to check the completeness, correctness and validity of several requirements.
- A registration letter signed by the central-level Political Party Leadership which is added to the wet stamp of the Political Party in accordance with the Kemenkumham Decree regarding the legitimate management of the Political Party.
- Surat atau sertifikat yang menyatakan Partai Politik terdaftar sebagai badan hukum, yang telah dilegalisir oleh Kemenkumham.
- The decision of the central-level political party leader regarding the management of political parties at the provincial, district/city and sub-district levels.
- Surat pernyataan tentang susunan kepengurusan dan alamat Kantor Partai Politik tingkat provinsi, kabupaten/kota, dan kecamatan.
- A statement stating that women's representation has met at least 30% of the management of the central-level Political Party, and pays attention to 30% of women's representation at the provincial and district/city levels.
- A statement stating that the number of political party memberships has met at least 1,000 people or 1/1,000 (one per thousand) of the total population in each district/city.
- A DOmicile certificate of Permanent Office and address from the Camat or other designation or Village Head or other designations and a statement that the Permanent Office of the management of the Political Party according to its level is used up to the last stage of the election.
- Certificate of registration of names, symbols, and/or pictures of Political Parties from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
- Copy of the proof of account number in the name of the central, provincial and district/city-level Political Party.
- A copy of the AD and ART of Political Parties.
- Name, emblem and/or image of a political party measuring 10 x 10 cm (ten times ten centimeters) is colorful.
Those are the KPU factual verification requirements and the list of political parties that do not meet the requirements. Political parties who have not passed verification are given the opportunity to make improvements between 10-23 November 2022.
