Victims Of Treatment Of Two Security Guards In Tambora, West Jakarta, It Turns Out That Children With Mental Disorders
JAKARTA The victim of the persecution of two security guards in Tambora, West Jakarta, is a child with special needs or experiencing mental disorders. This was also confirmed by the Tambora Police Chief, Kompol Putra Pratama, who also said that Bahw AZ was a young man with mental retardation conditions.
"Yes, that's right. Victims have special needs, mental retardation or down syndrome," said Kompol Putra when confirmed, Wednesday, November 9.
The two perpetrators, continued Putra Pratama, did not know the physical condition of the victim. Then the two perpetrators had the heart to torture victim AZ.
"The perpetrator did not know the condition of the victim with special needs," he said.
Previously, it was reported that two security guards with the initials DI (25) and SB (20) were desperate to persecute a child of the leader of the Assalafiyah Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes) Tambora District. The victim with the initials AZ (21) suffered several injuries as a result of being abused by the two perpetrators.
The incident occurred when the victim was burning garbage on the edge of the railroad tracks near Duri Station, Tambora on Friday morning, November 4. Then the actions of the victims were discovered by the two perpetrators.
The two perpetrators then arrested AZ and handcuffed the victim's hand which was linked to the chair by the two perpetrators. The victim also got hit using a water hose and samurai sarong on the back, right arm and thigh.
The persecution continued. The victim's hair was also shaving using an electric barber until bald. The victim was then told to go home by the two perpetrators.
Arriving at the house, the victim told the incident that happened to her parents who were the leaders of the Bandaraafiyah Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes), KH Dedi Syahroni in the Tambora District area.
Not accepting the actions of the two security guards against his son, the victim's family then reported the incident to the Tambora Police Headquarters.
