The Joint Team Still Looking For 1 Victim Buried In Longsorbed In Agam Regency, West Sumatra
PASAMAN - The joint team continues the search for one victim buried by a landslide on behalf of Dodi Saputra (28) in Muaro Lintang, Jorong Koto Gadang, Nagari Salareh Aia Utara, Palembayan District, Agam Regency, West Sumatra this morning.The Head of the Agam Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), Bambang Warsito, said a joint team from the Agam BPBD, Agam Police, Kodim 0304 Agam, PMI Agam, the sub-district and residents continued the search starting at around 08.00 WIB.The search operation was stopped yesterday at around 00.00 WIB. "The search was stopped because it was late at night and hoped it could be found today," he said in Lubukbasung, Antara, Wednesday, November 9.The search for victims used two heavy equipment to clean up materials at that location.On Tuesday night, the search was focused on the location where three victims were found before.Landslides due to high rainfall occurred on Tuesday at around 15.30 WIB. Four residents and a truck with police number BA 9986 JE were buried by landslides while filling the pile material onto the truck.Three of the victims have been found. Two died and one survived. The victims died on behalf of Agung (25) and Isuf (40) both residents of West Pasaman."The victim's body has been taken to the funeral home in Tampuruang, Nagari Kinali, West Pasaman Regency," he said.Meanwhile, one survivor on behalf of Fauzan (22), a resident of Tampuruang, Nagari Kinali, West Pasaman Regency and is currently being referred to the West Pasaman Yarsi Hospital.Previously, Fauzan and two other victims were taken to the Permata Mulia Clinic in Padang Sawah, Nagari Tigo Nagari, Pasaman Regency.
